Emerging from a family with a strong background in art and with a degree in fine arts specialising in interior architect , Shermeen has a wealth of experience of over 30 years working in a multicultural environment both with local and expat clients. She has a love for art and beauty and a passion for transforming spaces to capture her clients’ taste and needs.

On cherchait à acheter un appartement. J'ai été en contact avec Shermeen en 2016 afin de nous accompagner lors des visites et de nous aider à évoluer la qualité et le prix des biens. Grâce à son expérience sur le marché Suisse et dans les solutions de rénovation et de "design" d'intérieur, on a pu acheter une villa avec notre budget (prévu initialement pour un appartement). Elle nous a aidé à se projeter dedans en l'imaginant après quelques travaux dont elle s'en est occupée. Le plus spectaculaire c'était la transformation d'une simple pièce de la villa, en une pièce maitresse devenue notre chambre parentale. La pièce était très mal aménagée avec une mezzanine mal agencée et accessible via un escalier de 2 mètres de diamètre qui occupait pas mal d'espace et non conforme aux normes. Grâce à Shermeen la mezzanine est devenue un confortable bureau, créant une demi-pièce de plus, accessible confortablement par un escalier en bois fait sur mesure avec plein d'espaces de rangement gagnant ainsi beaucoup d'espace. Les travaux ont nécessité la coordination avec plusieurs corps de métier : menuiserie, électricité, peintures et changement de sol. Aujourd'hui on est bien installé et extrêmement satisfait du travail exécuté par Shermeen qu'on remercie infiniment, c'est quelqu'un de très passionnée par ce qu'elle fait.

In 2018, my husband and I liked a house we visited with Shermeen, but having only one bathroom on the main floor was not meeting the needs of our family of four. Shermeen was able to creatively develop a new design for the master bedroom with the creation of a new attached bathroom, without compromising the space or the configuration of the bedroom. Shermeen was attentive to our needs, had the eye to spot the potential, come up with a plan and execute to completion. We couldn't be happier with the purchase of the house, and the advice provided by Shermeen.
